Requirements

  • 3+ years of dealership sales management experience is required
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to pass our pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test and driving record check.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to maximize sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Actively desk deals, manage customer turnovers, and support sales consultants throughout the entire sales process
  • Partner with the General Manager and Finance team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze and manage P&L performance to ensure strong store profitability
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants, and future sales leaders
  • Monitor and improve CSI scores, conversion rates, and department KPIs
  • Assist with new vehicle inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, dealership policies, and ethical sales practices
  • Maintain a visible, engaged presence on the showroom floor
