Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport with seniors, families, and professional referral partners.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the sales process while developing strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to increase community occupancy.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and families through phone, email, and online channels.
  • Conduct engaging community tours and presentations.
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to move-in.
  • Build trust with residents, families, and referral sources through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate community events, networking opportunities, and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with community leadership and regional sales teams to implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
