Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Three years minimum experience in sales management ( Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling sales teams and implementing structured processes
  • Strong background in strategic planning and market expansion
  • Experience leveraging CRM, analytics, and AI tools for sales optimization
  • Knowledge of construction materials, aggregates, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Team Development · Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and results.
  • Set clear performance expectations and track results through scorecards, CRM reporting, and analytics.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Growth & Strategy · Develop and execute annual and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic opportunities for expansion.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales Process & Systems · Implement and optimize CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
  • Build scalable sales processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the team.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and AI tools to improve forecasting, targeting, and performance.
  • Marketing & Business Development · Partner with marketing to drive lead generation, campaigns, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and pricing strategy development.
  • Support prospecting efforts and assist in closing high-value opportunities.
  • Operational Collaboration · Work closely with Dispatch, Operations, and Accounting to ensure customer success.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to leadership.
  • Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and company-wide initiatives.
