About The Position

We are a leading global fastener distribution company, delivering high-quality fastening solutions to industries worldwide. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for the US Region. This role involves driving sales performance, managing key client relationships, and executing the regional sales strategy under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, US Region. The focus is on achieving sales targets, fostering client satisfaction, and supporting the broader sales team in alignment with the company’s regional and global objectives.

Requirements

  • Willing to travel domestically up to 40% of the time if needed.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the aviation industry with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales (inside sales or account management), preferably within aviation distribution or related sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and manage key client relationships.
  • Execute the regional sales strategy under the direction of the Vice President of Sales.
  • Manage, develop, and grow the general sales (customer success) team.
  • Assist team members on a daily basis and manage internal sales admin related architecture.
  • Analyze account management tasks such as stock, inventory, and deliverables using Microsoft Excel.
  • Responsible for growth and retention of the customer base.
