We are expanding and looking for experienced Sales Managers and Finance Managers to join our award-winning Hyundai and Genesis dealerships throughout the Houston area. Opportunities are available at North Freeway Hyundai, Humble Hyundai, Baytown Hyundai, and Genesis of Spring. We are seeking proven leaders with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving results, and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development
- Experience with lender relationships, compliance, and F&I product sales (for Finance Manager candidates)
