About The Position

Audi of Halifax is looking for a driven and people-focused Sales Manager to lead our sales team and elevate the customer experience. By actively supporting your team, reinforcing best practices, and leading by example, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the department achieves its sales and profitability goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of automotive sales leadership experience
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering premium experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership goals
• Drive performance through effective sales planning, forecasting, and inventory management
• Monitor department performance and identify opportunities to maximize profitability
• Champion a premium customer experience that reflects the Audi brand
• Support and oversee lead management processes to ensure timely and effective customer follow-up
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Service, and Parts teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
• Analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and growth
