About The Position

The Sales Manager plays a key leadership role in guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and department goals. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with both employees and customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging sales process. The Sales Manager provides hands-on support in training, coaching, and closing deals, while also fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. By facilitating regular sales training, managing productivity, and cultivating a robust customer network, the Sales Manager drives both team success and long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Dealership management experience
  • Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities
