Requirements
- 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads, electronic contracts, and CRM systems
- Strong closing and sales ability
Nice To Haves
- Experience with bath, roofing, windows, siding, remodeling, or other in-home sales preferred
- Experience in the One-Day Bath or Remodeling industry is highly preferred
- Previous Sales Management experience preferred
- Sales training abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of In-Home Sales Representatives
- Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
- Run a minimum of 5 in-home sales appointments per week alongside sales representatives for training and coaching purposes
- Provide real-time support to sales reps in the field, including closing assistance when needed
- Monitor team performance and help drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Handle cancel-save appointments and work to retain sales opportunities
- Partner with the Rehash Manager to maximize sales and recover opportunities
- Conduct ongoing training sessions and sales meetings
- Set clear expectations and accountability standards for the sales team
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth and success
