About The Position

As a Sales Manager at our intimate memory care community in North Glendale, you'll play a key role in connecting families with the care and support their loved ones need most. In this role, you will lead the community's sales and occupancy efforts by building relationships with families, professional referral partners, and the local community. You will guide families through the decision making process with empathy and expertise while showcasing the warm, engaging environment that makes our memory care community special. We're seeking a motivated, relationship driven professional who is passionate about helping families find the right care for their loved ones. Come join us at Brookdale North Glendale. As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a: Guide for families and older adults — You’ll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player — You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations. Partner — You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
