Requirements

Finance Manager experience, Sales Manager experience, or both.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
Customer-focused and results-driven.
Automotive dealership experience preferred.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background.
Must be able to withstand elements at various times
Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time
Must be able to sit, stand, bend
Must be able to enter and exit vehicles with ease
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs
