About The Position

The Sales Manager generates revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, booking businesses, and supporting hotel sales strategies. This role focuses on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach to help the hotel meet and exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and passionate about building relationships that grow business, enjoys connecting with clients, identifying opportunities, and representing the hotel with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
  • Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach
  • Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings
  • Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution
  • Maintain accurate sales records, account details, and reporting
  • Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing efforts
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
