  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rental software (Point of Rental preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop inside and outside sales teams
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on results
  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all rental contracts and transactions
  • Assist with complex negotiations and key customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with operations, service, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Oversee rental rates, contracts, discounts, and promotions
  • Identify growth opportunities across all sales channels
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns effectively and professionally
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
