Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Desk deals and assist with deal structure to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Support finance operations and work closely with the F&I department
  • Drive process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Utilize technology to improve efficiency, transparency, and the customer experience
  • Coach and mentor sales consultants to achieve personal and professional growth
  • Monitor key performance metrics and develop action plans for success
  • Ensure a seamless, transparent, and world-class customer journey
