Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in automotive sales or luxury sales
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Solid track record of exceeding sales, GP and CSI targets
  • Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Proficient with DMS and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license and OMVIC certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong and successful sales team that exceeds expectations!
  • Ensure a VIP buying experience from the first test drive to vehicle delivery
  • Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions
