Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry; former Marriott experience preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and exceed targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and key St. Louis market accounts
