About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales team in driving revenue growth across our emergency mitigation, fire/water restoration, and reconstruction service lines. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of account executives, expanding our network of commercial and insurance referral partners, and executing strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor a team of outside sales representatives and business development specialists to maximize their potential.
  • Establish clear KPIs, sales quotas, and territory plans, conducting weekly pipeline reviews to track progress.
  • Accompany representatives in the field for high-stakes presentations to property management groups, hospitality assets, and board members.
  • Cultivate channels with insurance adjusters, structural engineers, plumbing contractors, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
  • Secure placements on preferred contractor lists for commercial real estate firms, hospitality REITs, and municipality facility managers.
  • Represent the company at key regional industry associations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Leverage our CRM platform to manage the sales pipeline, audit sales call notes, and report actionable ROI data to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of awarded projects from scope to production.
  • Coordinate community outreach and strategies.
