About The Position

Diehl Toyota of Wooster is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive performance. This is an opportunity to grow with one of the region’s fastest-growing dealer groups for a strong leader with a passion for automotive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales management experience required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
  • Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum profitability
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and CRM activity
  • Train and develop sales consultants to improve closing ratios and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
  • Work closely with finance and upper management to streamline operations
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
