The Sales Manager is responsible for leading Dynamic Group’s sales function with a strong focus on business development, revenue growth, and commercial accountability. This role is a hands-on, player-coach position that combines direct selling with leadership of the current sales team. The Sales Manager will personally drive outbound sales activity, strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help build a more structured, scalable sales process. This role is especially critical as Dynamic Group works to strengthen its sales engine, better balance commercial and operational capacity, and expand strategic growth in tooling, molding, and related engineering and design services. The ideal candidate will bring practical outside sales experience, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to lead with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through.
