Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (or strong Sales Professional ready to step up)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of CRM and dealership software
  • High energy, competitive drive, and leadership presence
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, including new and pre-owned vehicle departments
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly goals
  • Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and customer follow-ups
  • Create and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and inventory to maintain a competitive edge
  • Partner with Finance, Service, and BDC to create a seamless customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent
  • Other duties as assigned by management
