About The Position

Waste Connections is looking for a Sales Manager at our location in Westborough, MA. Manager our team of Territory Managers on all aspects of customer service including pro-active maintenance & retention, pricing & service integrity, managing Books of Business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements. Requirements

  • Must demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • 2+ years outside sales/B2B experience preferred.
  • Waste industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with contract selling will be an asset.
  • Previous Sales supervision experience.
  • Computer literate - Salesforce experience is a plus!
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license required - this position requires frequent driving.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate as career advances.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our team of Territory Managers on all aspects of customer service including pro-active maintenance & retention, pricing & service integrity, managing Books of Business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.
  • Assist Sales team in the field as needed.
  • Assist in new hire selection process, onboarding, and training.
