About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at a growing Ford dealership in a strong rural market. Requirements

  • Automotive sales management experience preferred.
  • Ford dealership experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales volume and profitability.
  • CRM proficiency and understanding of digital lead management.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage daily sales activities, customer traffic, and follow-up processes.
  • Train and coach sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
  • Review CRM activities and ensure consistent prospect follow-up.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top sales talent.
  • Help develop marketing and community outreach initiatives that drive showroom traffic.
