About The Position

Everwild Nordic Spa and Hotel aims to raise the bar in wellness hospitality, blending authentic tradition with fresh, evolving experiences. Everwild is redefining mountain hospitality. As Everwild's Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our brand across Canmore and the Bow Valley - building partnerships with local businesses, growing gift card sales, and uncovering new opportunities to connect people with the Everwild experience. Reporting to the General Manager and Director of Sales, you'll enjoy the freedom to network, prospect, and collaborate while playing a key role in driving local revenue and strengthening Everwild's presence as the region's premier wellness and hospitality destination. Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or community relations, preferably within hospitality, wellness, tourism, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships that generate measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, tracking activity, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent Everwild with polish and confidence.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of or genuine connection to the Canmore and Bow Valley community is a strong asset.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, hotels, real estate offices, corporate employers, and community organizations in and around the Canmore and Bow Valley area.
  • Identify and develop mutually beneficial partnership opportunities that drive awareness of and referrals to Everwild’s spa, dining, and experiential offerings.
  • Represent Everwild at local events, networking functions, and community initiatives to grow brand presence in the Bow Valley.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active and prospective partners, tracking engagement and outcomes with regular reporting to the GM, Director of Sales, and VP of Operations.
  • Own Everwild’s local gift card sales strategy, with a focus on corporate gifting, employee recognition programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Proactively approach local businesses, employers, and community groups to pitch Everwild gift cards as a premium gifting solution.
  • Manage the full gift card sales cycle from outreach through to fulfillment, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers.
  • Track gift card sales performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market, including wellness tourism, group experiences, and corporate retreat packages.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential guests and business clients who have not yet experienced Everwild.
  • Collaborate with the GM and corporate sales team to align local prospecting efforts with broader revenue goals.
  • Leverage community knowledge and local market insight to keep Everwild top-of-mind as the destination for elevated experiences in Canmore.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner contacts, sales activity, and pipeline progress.
  • Support the GM with reporting on local sales performance, partnership outcomes, and gift card revenue.
  • Be present and hands-on as Everwild introduces new programming, identifying local opportunities to amplify launches.
  • Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Everwild brand in every community interaction.
