About The Position

Porsche Tacoma is seeking an experienced luxury automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales operation for one of the Northwest's premier Porsche dealerships. This role involves driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering the exceptional ownership experience customers expect from one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of luxury automotive sales management experience.
Proven success managing pre-owned luxury vehicle operations, including inventory management, pricing strategy, merchandising, inventory turn, and profitability.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Expertise in desking, deal structuring, negotiation, and maximizing gross profit while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to analyze sales metrics, market trends, and inventory performance to drive data-informed business decisions.
Proficiency with dealership management systems, CRM platforms, vAuto, and digital retailing tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Commitment to delivering a world-class luxury ownership experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience managing a high-volume luxury pre-owned operation with strong acquisition and appraisal skills.

Nice To Haves

Extensive knowledge of Porsche and other premium luxury brands preferred.
Porsche experience is highly preferred; experience with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, Maserati, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, or similar luxury manufacturers is also highly valued.

Lead the strategic direction and daily performance of Porsche Tacoma's pre-owned luxury sales operation.
Drive profitability, optimize inventory performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an ownership experience that reflects Porsche's world-class reputation.
Source, appraise, and acquire high-quality luxury pre-owned inventory.
Manage inventory levels, aging, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability.
Coach and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales, gross, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Desk deals and assist with negotiations to ensure profitable transactions.
Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to create an exceptional ownership experience.
Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing to maintain inventory competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture.
