Requirements

  • 3–5 years of automotive management is ideal, we prioritize leadership ability and a proven track record of being "coachable."

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a hands-on leader for our sales team, helping them hit their targets through consistent support and training.
  • Ensuring every deal and every customer interaction is handled with transparency and honesty.
  • Implementing sales plans for new and pre-owned vehicles that align with our local market.
  • Curating an environment where every person who walks through our doors feels valued.
  • Working closely with our Service and Finance departments to ensure a seamless "one-team" experience.
