Requirements
- 3+ years in sales, managing a team a plus
- Communication skills that make strangers trust you
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Fluent with ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and CRM software
- Attitude over pedigree
Responsibilities
- Lead by example answering inbound calls, texts, and emails
- Guide customers to a decision with zero pressure tactics
- Resolve customer issues quickly, fairly, no blowback
- Mentor the team and use AI and modern software to work faster
