Ideal Steel is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and oversee all District Sales Managers across multiple territories. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent execution of Ideal Steel’s brand promise. The Sales Manager will serve as the architect of sales strategy, mentor to District Sales Managers, and a key partner to executive leadership in achieving company-wide growth objectives. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to unify district efforts, expand market share, and cultivate long-term customer relationships through consultative and collaborative leadership.
