We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategies and marketing programs by performing the following duties personally or through a team of sales professionals to ensure that our products are represented and serviced in all accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university, or minimum of five (5) years related
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in accordance with State laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
  • Conducts meetings with Brand Managers to develop monthly PFP objectives and monitor effectiveness of current programming.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop team skills and ensure programs are properly executed in the market.
  • Directs sales development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
  • Coaches, directs, and leads district sales manager team to ensure maximum sales impact.
  • Defines specific team expectations, monitors progress and participates in counseling sessions with district sales manager if expectations are not met or exceeded.
  • Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sale representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and distribution opportunities.
  • Develop monthly sales volume and revenue forecasts.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities, products, and pricing / promotions of the competition.
  • Work with district sales managers to coordinate recruiting and hiring of sales and merchandising
  • Prepare for and participate in branch process audits.
  • Direct district sales managers and ensure quantity and quality of required audit documentation.
  • Maintain records and prepare for annual Miller/Coors Quality Audit.
  • Monitor rotation and code dates for all suppliers to ensure quality in the market.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
