About The Position

What You Will Do: Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events—turning prospects into long-term partners. Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success—your attention to detail makes the difference. Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing—making sure no detail gets missed. Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on course—and ahead. Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals. Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY, so everyone stays informed and on track. What We Are Looking For: 1–2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing – You understand how to move fast, multitask, and still make it personal.
