About The Position

At its core, this is a fast-growing home services company that believes in performance, accountability, and winning as a team. The company is looking for someone to build, coach, and dominate with a sales team. If you have proven success in outside sales and are ready to step into leadership or level up, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a team and directly impact revenue. As Sales Manager, you will lead from the front, developing, coaching, and pushing a team of in-home sales representatives to consistently exceed targets. You will be responsible for the numbers, driving performance, and fostering a culture where competition and collaboration lead to success. This is not a desk job; you will be in the field, analyzing data, and working closely with your team.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales (home services preferred)
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales reps
  • Strong closing skills—you’ve carried a quota and crushed it
  • Data-driven mindset (you track, measure, and improve)
  • High-level communication, coaching, and accountability skills
  • Home services sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, etc.) is required
