Aura Healthy Homes is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to lead our commission-only sales team focused on residential window cleaning. Window washing is our core service. It is high-demand, high-margin, and highly repeatable. We also offer quarterly subscription services, creating true residual earning potential — not just one-time commissions. If you are tired of traveling all over the country chasing seasonal sales and are ready to build something real along the Wasatch Front — while building residual income — let’s talk. Responsibilities
- Lead from the front in the field
- Set daily activity standards and revenue targets
- Drive urgency, structure, and consistency
- Protect Aura’s brand reputation in every neighborhood
- Build and deliver structured onboarding for commission-only reps
- Train on scripting, positioning, objection handling, and closing
- Run daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Coach in real time through ride-alongs and field shadowing
- Upgrade talent quickly when performance standards are not met
- Track daily revenue, close rates, and rep productivity
- Hold the team accountable to measurable standards
- Protect margins and customer satisfaction
- Build a culture of ownership, energy, and results
