About The Position

Nationwide Fab ., is a leading manufacturer of custom commercial stainless steel food service equipment. Our products are found in independent and chain restaurants, stadiums, hospitals, universities, corporate centers, and other commercial locations. The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for generating company revenue through personal direct sales efforts. This position is also responsible for high-level maintenance of customer relations and for managing 3rd Party Sales Representative activities. The Sales Manager works hand in glove with the Estimating team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four - year accredited college or university and 3 to 5 years of focused sales experience, sales management with manufacturing , stainless steel , and food industry background preferred .
  • Excellent administrative skills, Microsoft Word, Office, Excel,
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent understa ndin g of how to manage RFP’s
  • Excellent presentation skills and professionalism.
  • Must be able to effectively present and relate to all contact levels, from executive level to entry level employees.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative, and possess follow - up abilities.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Candidates must reside in the Colorado region and work onsite in the Northglenn office.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check if required
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (B . A.) from a four - year accredited college or university and 10 + years of related experience .
  • Certification of Completion of 3rd-party Sales Training Programs.
  • Have in - depth knowl edge of Nationwide.
  • Knowl edge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting overall sales goals and targets through D irect Sales and management of Rep. sales activities.
  • Insures top - tier service to existing customers and Reps.
  • Identifies , strategizes, and pursues new customers and business opportunities
  • Trains and supports Reps.
  • Prepares Sales Quotes in conjun ct ion with the Estimating team when required.
  • Negotiates pricing to maintain maximum margins while ensuring sales volume goals.
  • Provides weekly sales forecasts
  • Participates in sales planning and budgeting
  • Develops, delivers, and executes compelling sales presentations for new and existing dealer s, Reps and Consultants to drive product knowledge and sales growth.
  • Oversees market and competitive analysis to ad vise pricing strategies based on shifts in the competitive landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Represents the company at Trade Shows
  • Makes direct outside sales calls to dealers and consultants.
  • Travel and outside sales calls approximately 30% of the time.
  • Supervises and directs the Sales Coordinator
  • Travel is required approximately 25 - 50% of the time, depending on business needs
  • Maintain s reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable , and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
  • Execute s each essential duty satisfactorily to perform the job successfully .
  • Follow s all safety procedures required in the work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
  • Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receiving and giving feedback , and treats everyone with respect.
  • Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accept s accountability for own actions, encourage s solutions , and communicate s status of work/projects.
  • Follow s all department quality standards/criteria. Raising concerns and issues with manage ment .
  • Understands the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute s to achieving the se goals both individually and as a team.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
  • Must have reliable and consistent attendance as well as be punctual and dependable.
  • Must be able to remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs, Overtime as needed.
  • Some travel may be required.
