About The Position

Premium Production is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hildale, Utah. In this role, your main focus will be finding and securing new contract manufacturing clients for our dietary supplement lines. You will own the entire sales pipeline, from identifying potential brand partners to closing long-term production agreements. This is a B2B sales position that requires a deep understanding of manufacturing capacities, margin management, and regulatory environments. You will not just be selling a finished product; you will be selling our technical capability to produce high-quality health and wellness products for other brands. We need someone who can work independently, travel to trade shows, and talk comfortably with industry executives. If you have a solid track record of closing large manufacturing deals and want to take ownership of a growing client base, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience, specifically within contract manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition within the dietary supplement, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • A proven track record of closing large, complex B2B service contracts.
  • Experience selling a regulated or highly technical service.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows and client meetings as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • An existing network of contacts within the wellness, dietary supplement, or CPG brand space.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong financial skills, including experience with pricing models, margin management, and sales forecasting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing regulatory frameworks like Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Responsibilities

  • Find prospective dietary supplement and wellness brands through cold outreach, digital marketing, and industry networking.
  • Build relationships with brand owners, negotiate pricing strategies, and secure long-term manufacturing contracts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and client sites to market our capabilities and build an active sales pipeline.
  • Analyze our manufacturing capacity to target the right clients and structure deals that fit our production capabilities.
  • Track lead communication, follow up promptly, and regularly update leadership on performance data and market trends.
