We're now looking for a passionate and hardworking Sales Manager to join our team! The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving budgeted sales goals within the assigned region while ensuring a consistently high level of customer service that exceeds expectations. This role oversees and supports a team of sales representatives who offer a range of water treatment solutions, including water softeners and healthy drinking water systems. Key responsibilities include hiring and training new sales team members, conducting regular ride-a longs to provide coaching and performance feedback, and developing marketing strategies to drive lead generation and increase market share. The Area Sales Manager also creates targeted action plans for sales representatives requiring additional guidance to meet performance standards. This position will oversee our Household Sales Representatives in Corpus Christi, Victoria, Plainview, Pampa, and Brownwood. We are passionate about caring for employees and our customers. Requirements

  • BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 5+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
  • Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
