About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the CRM Division within abra’s Microsoft activity. This role focuses on leading complex sales processes of CRM-based projects and solutions on the integrator side, working with enterprise clients and driving business growth. The position requires strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience selling project-based solutions on the integrator side
  • Experience in CRM solutions sales, preferably within Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365 – advantage)
  • Proven experience responding to tenders and RFP documents
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – a true people person
  • Assertiveness and strong negotiation abilities
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes for complex CRM and project-based solutions
  • Drive sales activities within Microsoft-based CRM solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365)
  • Prepare and respond to tenders (RFPs), including commercial and technical proposals
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with enterprise clients
  • Deliver compelling presentations and tailored solutions to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, technical teams, and management)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
