About The Position

Champion Window - Sales Manager Champion Home Exteriors continues to grow! Currently, we are seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to help drive our continued growth. As Sales Manager for Champion, you will have the opportunity to earn a six figure income up to $140,000 per year (base plus bonuses) while helping others improve their homes and improve their lives. The Sales Manager is responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing team of Factory Sales Representatives. While not responsible for direct personal sales production, this role is highly visible in the field — role modeling best practices, demonstrating sales excellence, and reinforcing a customer-first approach. Success in this position is defined by the ability to recruit and retain top talent, deliver consistent coaching and development, and create a culture of accountability, engagement, and results. Partnering with the DM/DSM, RSM, RM, the Sales Manager helps set strategy, drives execution, and ensures the team consistently exceeds performance expectations while providing an exceptional in-home customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team; in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to quickly learn all Champion products and services.
  • Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations with a consultative, people-centric approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with in-home sales strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
