Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center to ensure smooth, efficient business flow
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Hire, train, supervise, and retain top talent
  • Create employee schedules that support both business needs and team success
  • Drive membership, retail, and service sales performance
  • Deliver an elevated guest experience from check-in to checkout
  • Maintain inventory and ensure the center is fully stocked and operationally ready
  • Oversee internal and external communication with professionalism and urgency
  • Analyze business trends and execute strategies to maximize results
  • Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth
