Requirements

One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling (required — this is non-negotiable)
3+ years in sales
1+ year in a sales management role
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
The leadership instincts, coaching ability, and communication skills to build and drive a team

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and coach your sales reps through classes, workshops, and field development
Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and drive quota achievement
Manage schedules, complete cancel-save appointments, and keep the operation running
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
