As a Sales Manager with the Central Coast Collection, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to represent six fantastic properties along California’s beautiful Central Coast, including Three oceanfront properties and One amazing downtown Paso Robles property. Your role will be crucial in identifying and engaging with qualified target accounts while nurturing long-standing client relationships. You’ll play a key part in closing high-value group business, helping to meet and exceed sales goals across metrics like Revenue Nights (RNs), Average Daily Rate (ADR), revenue, and F&B. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a dynamic range of sales activities, including outside calls, sales trips, trade shows, site visits, fam trips, and more, all tailored to your designated territory and market. By forging strong, authentic connections with clients, Global Sales Organizations (GSO), and peers, you’ll help drive the success of the Central Coast Collection hotels.
