About The Position

We are the premier sales partner for Frontier, which is officially uniting with Verizon to build the most powerful fiber network in the United States. As part of a historic $1.6 billion network expansion, we are on a strategic roadmap to bring world-class, fiber-fast internet to over 10 million homes by 2027. This isn't just a job; it's a seat at the table of the largest telecom transformation in a decade. Reporting to Regional Leadership, you will own and drive fiber-optic broadband market penetration across an assigned residential territory. You will manage and scale multi-channel sales performance, directly overseeing Direct-to-Consumer (D2D), residential agents, multifamily (MDU), and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales experience with demonstrated success
  • 2+ years of experience leading top-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding and ability to comprehend and produce accurate sales trends, forecasts, and uncover opportunities within the KPIs
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and content creation/communication skills
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, emotional intelligence, and has a proven ability to influence others
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a robust team of internal and contract sales professionals, consistently tracking and improving monthly results.
  • Strategically assign territories, optimize daily sales activity, and hold agents accountable to clear KPIs.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% within the region as needed.
