We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our North American Agentic Workspace Sales team. This is a player-coach role where you will guide a team of four specialized sellers focused on driving revenue through professional services and consulting engagements for Google's cutting-edge AI solutions, including Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. You will be responsible for the overall performance of your team, including managing a robust sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasting, and ensuring pristine opportunity management within our CRM. A key part of your role will be to cultivate a strong, collaborative relationship with Google's sales leadership to align on strategy, drive joint sales motions, and accelerate deal closures.
