Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with dealership management software and CRM systems is a plus.
Valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities
