Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, self-motivated, and results oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead,motivate and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to enhance sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Manage weekly sales reporting and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
