About The Position

At the #1 rated, Chairman Award Winning AC Hotel Bridgewater NJ, we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and people-savvy Hotel Sales Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the go-to expert for guest group bookings, social events, and key sales initiatives—and a critical right-hand to our Director of Sales. If you're a connector, a closer, and a collaborator, we want to meet you.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of direct hotel sales experience (Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager level) – REQUIRED
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Confident with tech— Delphi, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in any hotel department is a plus
  • Familiarity with the local Bridgewater market is a bonus
  • Brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for group bookings, event space inquiries, and VIP stays
  • Build strong client relationships—both online and in person
  • Own your sales pipeline: proactively source new business and manage existing accounts
  • Input bookings, manage room blocks, and ensure event accuracy in our systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain organized sales records and handle inbound social event inquiries
  • Participate in top rated Marriot Sales training sessions
