About The Position

This role supports the day-to-day management of branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth. The Sales Manager will achieve this by training and coaching agents on company tools and programs, leveraging business relationships with preferred services and externally in the marketplace, articulating and representing the company’s value proposition, and working with operational administrative partners. The Sales Manager will also provide agents with guidance and support throughout the transaction process, from overseeing and signing listing agreements to ensuring compliance with state regulatory bodies, to Buyer’s agency, and changes in regulations. Additionally, the Sales Manager will act as a tools and resource knowledge expert, monitor and encourage adoption of new resources, track retention numbers, and promote participation in training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Three + years’ experience selling real estate required
  • Active Real Estate Brokers License required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in training and coaching agents on tools and programs; ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and partners.
  • Understanding of state regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive business growth.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs
  • Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
