About The Position
Window Nation is growing fast and seeking a Sales Manager to join a high-energy team in the Greater Seattle area. The company enhances the comfort, safety, and value of homes by providing high-quality, competitively priced window replacement solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Director and be responsible for driving revenue and ensuring the profitable growth of the business by managing, directing, and driving a team of in-home sales representatives to support the company’s strategic growth objectives. Proven sales leaders in Tacoma, Auburn, Seattle, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
- 5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)
- 3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, establishing clear revenue targets and performance expectations for the market
- Recruit, hire, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable to individual and team performance goals
- Conduct ride-a-longs and performance reviews to improve close rates, refine sales processes, and elevate team capability
- Analyze lost sales, competitive activity, and market trends to strengthen positioning and drive growth
- Oversee territory pricing and profitability, ensuring strong margins and customer satisfaction
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director to reinforce best practices, operational discipline, and a high-performance culture grounded in integrity
