Position Summary The Sales Manager at Veterinarian Recommended Solutions (VRS) leads and develops a distributed team of field and inside sales representatives to drive territory performance, revenue growth, and execution of sales strategy. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role owns onboarding, coaching, performance management, and sales capability development. The Sales Manager uses data‑driven insights and strong relationship leadership to identify growth opportunities, engage veterinary professionals, and consistently deliver against sales targets while building a high‑performing, motivated team.
