About The Position

The Sales Manager's main responsibility is to create a D1 environment that motivates and inspires all to be their very best while achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leading staff
  • Driving membership sales
  • Coordinating personal training & team training sales
  • Promoting member retention
  • Providing conflict resolution as needed
  • Ensure efficient and effective performance to meet or exceed all financial objectives
  • Foster D1 CORE VALUES in the facility and community
  • Work to establish community relationships to promote the D1 brand
  • Drive local market awareness and engagement activities.
