Role Overview This field‑based position focuses on creating brand awareness and positioning the agency as a trusted home care provider. The Sales Representative will prospect, build, and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, home health and hospice agencies, senior centers, and community organizations. The goal is to increase client census and service hours while promoting HomeWell as a valued partner in care.
