Requirements

5+ years of proven success managing an established and growing remote sales team.
2+ years of experience within an ecommerce and/or DTC business model.
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools as a core part of how you lead, sell, and scale.
In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing ecommerce sales team, each of whom work in a 100% remote capacity.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team success.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on achieving sales goals.
Leverage AI tools as a core part of how you lead, sell, and scale.
Customer Experience Optimization:
Oversee the development and optimization of the online shopping experience to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Implement strategies to improve website usability, navigation, and overall customer journey.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Product and Merchandising:
Work closely with the product and merchandising teams to ensure a compelling and diverse online product assortment.
Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new products or features to enhance the product offering.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic.
Generate regular reports to communicate key metrics and insights to the leadership team.
Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Partnership and Collaboration:
Identify and explore potential partnerships and collaborations that can drive additional sales and enhance the brand's online presence.
