We’re currently looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations. Requirements
- Proven leadership and 3–5 years of automotive sales experience (2+ years in management)
- Strong financial and analytical acumen—capable of forecasting and budgeting
- Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
- Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans
- Valid driver’s license with clear abstract
- Full-time availability — including occasional weekend coverage as required
Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with company goals
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to maximize performance
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to refine tactics
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow
- Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships to foster loyalty
